Foodnetwork.ca is the largest online destination in Canada to feature chef recipes, full shows, tons of expert cooking tips, the latest food news and endless entertainment.
Key Accomplishments:
- Managed a full site redesign from roadmap to launch and focused on continual iterative site improvements and new development, including the planning and product development of the newly launched My Recipe Box feature and Upload a Recipe tool
- Used Open Agile project management methodology to lead a large project team of developers, designers, editors and content producers through ongoing developmental iterations, daily updates and maintenance
- Collaborated on long term content and product strategy
- Set and analyzed our success metrics against wider business goals and KPIs, and monitored user feedback and experience with an eye toward continuous improvement
